Curlew: Native API Client

A native macOS client for building and testing APIs: HTTP requests with JSON, XML, and GraphQL bodies, plus WebSockets and Server-Sent Events. Browse GraphQL schemas by introspection, import from cURL commands and Postman collections, and export to several formats. Authentication covers OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, Bearer tokens, and certificates. Run collections with assertions and response extraction, monitor endpoints from the menu bar, mock whole collections locally, and compare latency or search JSON paths. No account, no cloud sync, no telemetry - workspaces are local JSON files and credentials stay in the Keychain.
